Tammy Abraham, according to Corriere della Sera, is refusing to join Roma, despite the fact that Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette has emerged as a viable alternative.
Tiago Pinto, the general manager of Roma, is now in the United Kingdom to meet with Abraham, but with the Chelsea striker adamant on not joining, Lacazette is now a ‘solid hypothesis.’
As Lacazette’s contract expires in one year, he may be available for sale in order to finance Mikel Arteta’s own transfer ambitions, which may ironically include Abraham himself.
